"Bad Data" Error when trying to log in from the Windows 7 Welcome screen

I made an image of a different computer (same exact model) using Acronis Snap Deploy 3 and imaged the computer in question.
Now, whenever I try to log in, I get a "Bad Data' error and back to the welcome screen.
The thing is, if I put in an incorrect password
Windows will tell me the password is incorrect.
Also, I'm able to log into either account if I boot into Safe Mode.
I'm stumped on this one.
